So you’ve reached freshbytes.com.au, now what?
First and foremost, freshbytes is a place designed for Calvin’ers (and ex-Calvin’ers) to catch up, and share their stories of life after Calvin. How you do this is up to you: write an article on the blog (or just contribute comments), share your thoughts in the forums, (host your own website – see below for details), whatever you like.
Really, what you do on this site is really up to you. You have choice.
Now, at first this may seem like a stupid idea – especially since sites like myspace and facebook are out there, but you’ve got to remember that those sites are for EVERYONE. Granted, so is this site, but you’ll be able to find what you want much more quickly.
So, if you don’t find what you’re looking for – shoot me a quick email, and I’ll endeavour to see how I can fix your problem.
Anyway – on with the show!
Secondly, we at freshbytes value creativity, the need for open-source, and the need to be able to have things/websites/forums, (even relationships!) that “just work.”
We’ve created a website (and blog!) that reflects these values, and will constantly continue to adhere to these guidelines. If you see anything that offends you/doesn’t push your right buttons, please write to us!
Penultimately, please enjoy the webite. If you have any suggestions and/or comments, please don’t hesitate drop us a line.
Last note: If you want your own website, (for whatever reasons), I’m prepared to host it here (and give you a subdomain, yourname.freshbytes.com.au) for a small (and by that I mean tiny) fee. Please email admin.freshbytes [at] gmail [dot] com if interested.
